Gail Christian brings a distinguished background to the Consulate, having served as a Crown Counsel, a Minister of State, and a Legislator in the Senate of Antigua & Barbuda. Her tenure in the Senste commenced in 2002. She is an Attorney at Law by profession and was Called to the Bar of The Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court, Antigua & Barbuda Circuit in 1999. She has served as Deputy Speaker of the OECS Assembly and also as Antigua & Barbuda’s Non Resident Ambassador to Mexico.

Her commitment to public service extends to her role as the Incorporator and Director of Odyssey Inc., a notable non-profit organization in Antigua & Barbuda.

Beyond governmental roles, Ms. Christian actively contributes as a Director of the Antigua & Barbuda Renal Society. Her dedication to philanthropy is showcased through providing legal consultancy services to various charities, including the Halo Foundation Inc., The Royal Commonwealth Society (Antigua & Barbuda), and Team Antigua Island Girls.
