The Consulate General of Antigua and Barbuda in Toronto was pleased to participate in the 12th International Day of Yoga celebration, hosted by the Consulate General of India, Toronto, at Queen’s Park, against the historic backdrop of the Legislative Assembly of Ontario.

This year’s celebration was held under the theme “Yoga for Healthy Aging” and brought together approximately 800 participants, including government representatives, members of the diplomatic corps, yoga practitioners, wellness organizations, community leaders, and friends of India.

The event highlighted yoga’s universal message of health, harmony, inner balance, and collective well-being. Consul General Mahaveer Singhvi emphasized yoga’s ability to transcend cultural, linguistic, and national boundaries, bringing communities together through a shared commitment to wellness.

The beautifully coordinated yoga session served as a meaningful celebration of community, connection, and healthy living. The Consulate General of Antigua and Barbuda in Toronto was honoured to join in this important observance and extends congratulations to the Consulate General of India, Toronto, and all participating organizations and partners for a successful and inspiring event.
